2. Reservations and Payments
2.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
2.2. To secure a reservation, full or partial payment is required at the time of booking, as specified on our website or by our staff.
2.3. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms.
2.4. The final price includes accommodation and applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
3.1. Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3.2. Early check-ins and late check-outs may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
3.3. Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a passport or government-issued ID.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
4.2. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
4.3. Refunds for group bookings may have additional terms and conditions outlined at the time of booking.
5. Hostel Rules
5.1. Guests must respect the peace and comfort of others. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
5.2. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
5.3. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and in moderation. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
5.4. Guests are responsible for keeping their belongings safe. The hostel is not liable for lost or stolen items.
5.5. Damage to hostel property will result in charges to repair or replace items.
6. Guest Responsibilities
6.1. Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness in shared areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, and lounges.
6.2. Any issues or maintenance concerns should be reported immediately to hostel staff.
6.3. Guests must adhere to the check-out time and leave their room in good condition.
7. Age Restrictions
7.1. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
7.2. Certain dormitory rooms may have minimum age restrictions; please refer to the booking details.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1. Your personal information will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes.

9. Liability
9.1. The hostel is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred on the premises, except where negligence can be proven.
9.2. Guests agree to indemnify the hostel against claims arising from their actions during their stay.
10. Group Bookings
10.1. For bookings of more than six people, additional terms and conditions may apply.
10.2. Group leaders are responsible for ensuring all members comply with hostel rules.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
12. Amendments to Terms
